Sample Maps
The printed edition of the Climate Atlas of the Czech Republic involves the climate characteristics maps on scales varying from 1 : 1 000 000 to 1 : 5 000 000. The preliminary version of selected maps can be viewed by clicking on a requested characterictic in the list below.
Important Notes:
The presented previews are only a preliminary version of the maps that will later appear in a printed edition of the Climate Atlas of the Czech Republic. The previews have passed through a complete climatological but not cartographical processing. The colour style of the maps as well as the use of secondary geographical layers can be different here than in the printed edition.
The maps represent a long-term average for the period of 1961–2000 where it is not stated else.
